Common questions

What leaseholders and freeholders ask us before they get in touch

How quickly do you reply to an enquiry sent through this form?

We read every enquiry ourselves and normally come back to you within two working days. If your matter is urgent, such as a leak or a security concern, phone the number on the contact card rather than waiting on the form.

Can I ask about a block you do not already manage?

Yes. Plenty of our enquiries come from leaseholders and freeholders whose block is managed elsewhere. Tell us the address and what has prompted the enquiry, and we will explain how we would approach it.

What information should I include about my building?

Give us the full address, the number of flats, who currently manages it, and a short description of the issue or the service you are looking for. The more context you give, the more useful our first reply will be.

Do you deal with service charge and major works questions?

We do. If you want to query a service charge demand, an invoice or a planned major works project, send the block name, the year and any reference numbers you have, and we can look at the specifics.

I own the freehold of a small block. Can you still help?

Yes. We work with resident freehold companies and smaller blocks as well as larger developments. Tell us how the building is currently run and where you would like more support.

Will you keep my details confidential?

We use what you send only to answer your enquiry and handle the matter it concerns. Our privacy policy sets out how we hold that information and how you can ask us to remove it.
