The process
Tell us the property address, the number of flats and roughly what the current arrangement is. A short email or a phone call is enough to begin.
We visit, read the existing service charge accounts and speak to whoever runs things now. You get an honest view of the state of the building.
We set out the management fee, what is included and how the transfer from your current agent would work, with no hidden extras.
Once you accept, we write to every leaseholder, set up the accounts and insurance, and give you one named contact for everything from then on.
Whether you own one flat or the freehold of a whole building, we are happy to talk through what day-to-day management would look like.
Ask us a questionWe reply within one working day, and asking costs nothing.
What we offer
We prepare an annual budget for the block, collect the service charge and keep a clear record of every pound in and out.
We place cover for the structure, arrange any valuation the policy needs and handle claims when something goes wrong.
Vetted local tradespeople handle the day-to-day fixes, and we inspect the finished work so nothing is simply marked as done.
Stairs, hallways, bin stores and shared gardens are kept in good order on a schedule agreed with the leaseholders.
We keep the books, answer questions about charges, and work with the accountant on the annual statement for each block.
You get one contact who knows your building, regular updates, and meetings held on site when there is something to discuss.
